John Rhodes, MD
John Rhodes, MD, is a Board Certified Pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He completed his pediatric internship and residency at Sacred Heart Children's Hospital in Pensacola, FL where he served as Chief Resident for one and half years. Dr. Rhodes has been practicing medicine in Alexandria since 1990 when he opened Rhodes Pediatric Clinic and has enjoyed serving the central Louisiana Community since that time.
April S. Henry, MA, CCC-SLP
April S. Henry, MA, CCC-SLP graduated with a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Louisiana State University in 2007. She has experience working in a variety of settings including the school system, skilled nursing facilities, and early intervention programs. Her passion lies in treating speech-language disorders within the pediatric age group and she was thrilled to join the Rhodes Pediatric Clinic team in 2013. April resides in Alexandria with her husband and three children.
Michael Marzullo, MD
Michael Marzullo, MD, is a Board Certified Pediatrician, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has been in practice with Dr. Rhodes since 1998. Dr. Marzullo graduated from Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans in 1994. He is married and has three children.
LeAnne R. Louviere, CPNP
LeAnne R. Louviere graduated from the University of South Alabama and has been a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 2010. She received certification as a Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist in 2018 and instituted the COPE Program at Rhodes Pediatric to teach children and adolescents suffering with anxiety skills to manage emotions and enhance healthy behaviors. LeAnne worked as a CPNP in Lafayette before moving back to her hometown of Alexandria in 2011 and joining the Rhodes Pediatric team. She lives in Woodworth with her husband and three children.
Brian Adams, MD
Brian L. Adams, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He joined Rhodes Pediatric Clinic in 2022 after retiring from the United States Army. Dr. Adams graduated from the F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine in Bethesda, Maryland and completed his residency in pediatrics at Madigan Army Medical Center at Fort Lewis, Washington. Dr. Adams, his wife, and their three daughters are proud to call Alexandria their home.
Jane Ann Bush, APRN, CPNP
Jane Ann is a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care. She graduated from Louisiana State University-Alexandria in 2000 with an Associate of Science in Nursing, Northwestern State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and Vanderbilt University in 2012 with a Master of Science in Nursing-Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
Jane Ann has over a decade of experience working as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the local community and 23 years of nursing experience.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a Certified Low Risk Neonatal Nurse and a Certified Lactation Educator. Her primary goal is to provide high quality, compassionate care to families with children of all ages and to not only care for but to advocate for children with special needs.
Jane Ann lives in Central Louisiana and enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with local community theatre.
